At Lasvel, every bag is carefully handcrafted using 100% pure materials. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or exchanges may be accepted.
By placing an order with Lasvel, you agree to the terms below.
All Lasvel products are 100% handmade, including:
Beaded bags
Pure silk bags
Pure wool bags
Pure cotton bags
Due to the handcrafted process and natural materials:
Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or bead placement may occur
These variations are not defects but part of handmade artistry
Such differences do not qualify for return or exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged during transit
The wrong item was delivered
A manufacturing defect is present
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or made-to-order products
Manufacturer-rate / B2B orders
Charity or humanitarian orders
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
Lasvel uses 100% pure silk, wool, cotton, and premium beads.
Natural characteristics such as:
Soft texture variations
Slight shade differences
Natural fiber irregularities
are inherent to pure materials and do not qualify as defects.
To request a return or exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and proof (photos or video)
Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Replacement items will be dispatched only after the original item is received and inspected
If the replacement item is unavailable, a store credit may be offered at Lasvel’s discretion
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund timelines depend on the payment provider
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from Lasvel
Returned items must be securely packed in original condition
Lasvel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
