At Lasvel, each bag is carefully handcrafted using 100% pure materials. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All Lasvel products are 100% handmade, including:

  • Beaded bags

  • Pure silk bags

  • Pure wool bags

  • Pure cotton bags

Processing Timelines:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 10–25 business days (depending on design and quantity)

  • Bulk / manufacturer-rate orders: Timelines are confirmed separately in writing

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Locations

Lasvel ships:

  • Within Pakistan

  • Internationally (selected countries)

International availability may vary based on courier services and destination regulations.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier services.
Carrier selection depends on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Service availability

Lasvel reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping partner.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation

  • Charges vary based on location, weight, and shipping method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items due to our error


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days (may vary)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Lasvel is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or message

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier service


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Lasvel is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Returned packages caused by address errors

Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

Lasvel will assist in resolving the issue according to our Return & Exchange Policy.


10. Charity & Special Orders Shipping

  • Charity and humanitarian orders follow customized shipping arrangements

  • Shipping timelines and charges are confirmed prior to production

  • Special pricing does not include expedited shipping unless agreed


11. Force Majeure

Lasvel is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
